✅ Eligibility for Returns
You may return your product within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging.
- You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
- The product is not damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
🔁 How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us via email at returns@flamemastergrid.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
- Our support team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship the product back to the address provided. Return shipping is at your own cost unless the item is defective or incorrect.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item:
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to our error.
🔄 Exchanges
If you received the wrong or defective item, we’ll replace it at no extra cost. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Used or damaged items
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items without original packaging
