🔄 Returns & Refunds Policy

At Flame Master, we stand behind the quality and functionality of our products. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Eligibility for Returns

You may return your product within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging.
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
  • The product is not damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

🔁 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us via email at returns@flamemastergrid.com with:
    • Your order number
    • A brief reason for return
    • Photos (if applicable)
  2. Our support team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship the product back to the address provided. Return shipping is at your own cost unless the item is defective or incorrect.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to our error.

🔄 Exchanges

If you received the wrong or defective item, we’ll replace it at no extra cost. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Used or damaged items
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items without original packaging
